Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Referrals Coordinator on a temporary basis to support the assessment of housing referrals and allocation of accommodation within a supported housing environment.

Duties of the Referrals Coordinator role will include, but is not limited to:

• Receive, review and assess housing referrals, ensuring accommodation is allocated appropriately based on individual needs.
• Manage referrals and waiting lists, ensuring applications are processed efficiently and in line with relevant procedures.
• Undertake risk and needs assessments to determine suitability for accommodation.
• Liaise with external agencies, housing teams and other professionals regarding referrals and available accommodation.
• Coordinate property viewings, tenancy sign-ups and associated housing documentation.
• Ensure vacant accommodation is allocated within agreed timescales to minimise void periods.
• Maintain accurate records of referrals, assessments and allocations.

Essential Requirements for the Referrals Coordinator:

• Enhanced DBS
• Full UK Driving Licence
